mark poulson
I'm guessing you need to change epoxies. Try contacting the epoxy manuf. and ask their tech people about it. Those folks really do know their stuff. I haven't used a urethane epoxy before, but the water borne urethane floor finishes I've used have some solvent suspended in them that makes solvent based sharpies run, so maybe your urethane epoxy has a solvent in it that doesn't play nice with your paint scheme. I'd switch to a known epoxy with an alcohol solvent, like D2T, Etex, or NuLustre, and see if they work.
Matt M
Try contacting whoever makes Mona Lisa glue. It seems that the glue is releasing when you apply the epoxy topcoat. Maybe they can recommend something that will play nice.
