atremblay Posted February 20, 2014 Report Share Posted February 20, 2014 I've made swim baits with screw eyes and bike spokes but was wondering if anyone has used tyvek to connect the sections in a joined bait. kajay920 Posted February 20, 2014 Report Share Posted February 20, 2014 It sounds good. It's very strong and as flexible as paper. I do wonder about how it would hold up though. I have seen old Tyvek break apart after it sits out in the weather. The UV from the sun tears it apart. On residing jobs some old house wrap dry and brittle.
