CULPRIT
Hi guys, I'm new to this site but have been reading all the back topics for the last couple of days. Theres a ton of good info you guys pass around(had to take notes). Well onto the question. Does anyone have any info. on the equipment that businesses which mass manufacture baits use? Thanks in advance.
Tm Customs
Most companies that mass manufacture soft baits use injection molding. Here we hand pour our baits one at a time with attention to detail, quality over quanity. If you want to learn more about injection molding just do a google search. CULPRIT
tm- I handpour my baits also. I have 6 different baits that I was looking into mass producing, and I don't want to sell their rights or partner up with another company. I don't have the time to put in to hand pour as many as I need.
Tm Customs
A machine cant hand pour baits. I may be interested in doing it for you I have tons of free time depending on how many you would need a month and how much you are willing to pay per hundered. Let me know mabey we could work something out. Tm
woodsac
A little off topic, but just for future reference, the 'Roboworm' line is robotically poured. They actually use a machine to pour their baits, not people. So, they're not injected, but they still aren't hand poured. But they do make a great bait regardless! Tm Customs
They have a flat side but they are not really hand pours.
alsworms
If you look at it that way, there are lots of companies out there who make flat-sided baits, but they aren't a true "hand pour".
