Fish_N_Fool
I have been over charged twice now by lure craft now putting my account into NSF mode. The First time the sent me a bunch of stuff I didn't ask for and billed my card for it. The last time they billed me twice for the same order. Their book keeping seams to have a lot to be desired. Anyone else had any problems with em?
Tm Customs
Lure Craft sucks I ordered some pumkin seed color and it was blood red black that was green, really pisses me off. Where else can you get coloring and pearls from? Tm
cflbasser
To avoid the NSF, try using a credit card instead of a checking account. Never buy anything over the web/phone using a personal checking account or debit card linked to your checking account. Always use a credit card. If someone is really trying to rip you off, at least they will be getting the credit card companies money, and not your personal money. You can then contest the charges at not worry about NSF. woodsac
I can't stand their Customer Service! Terrible PR skills. But, I did place an order once where I entered the wrong dollar amount in the fields on the form. They actually corrected my error, saving me almost $20. LC service has been discussed in the past. It's kind of a hit and miss. Some people don't have anything bad to say and others always have problems. I take the good with the bad. And as much as I don't like ordering from them, I still do and I also refer people to them. I think if we continue to order from them, we should quit complaining. It would be different if we didn't have a choice, but we do. If you don't like it, order from MF.

Delw
Yes we are going to be carrying colors soon(its alot more work than I thought), I have some now but not in the quanities I want so I can advertise them, as of yet. We got alot of other things coming as well.... Back to the subject. Ive order lots of stuff from lure craft and never had problems, they have always been friendly as well. even had to do a return on a melting pot and they sent out the correct one Immediatly, then sent me a free shipping label to send the old one back. one or 2 bad experiances really doesnt deserve a bad rap. well except fed ex but thats another story got to remember these people deal with hundreds of people everyday. Tm Customs
Dlew will you be selling pearl powders and hilight colors? How soon? Thanks, Tm
Delw
Tm yes I would hate to give a date because I have been wrong before. but its going to be a few months before we are completely stocked up. we are getting colors in slowly, then we have to mix them and make sure they work the way we want. My wife and I run the business its just the 2 of us so things go a little slower than most places. I will be putting something on our website before we actually start selling them to give a heads up.
