dlaery Posted April 10, 2014 Report Share Posted April 10, 2014 I obtained a Form 637 registration and a Fed ID # many years ago. the 1st of the year I changed my business to a LLC SMB. Now I have a new Fed ID#. what does that do to my Form 637 Reg.? I have consulted tax experts and they are not sure, but think I need to apply for a new Form 637 Reg., which I am going to do unless there is a better way. I have tried to find a phone number to call and haven't had any luck.
