kyl57es Posted April 19, 2014 Report Share Posted April 19, 2014 I'm having a problem when I pour the lead in to the weighted hook mold and I open it the hook is not completely covered in lead. It only happens every couple hooks. What can I do to fix this. I do heat the mold up. Any tips or ticks will help. cadman Posted April 19, 2014 Report Share Posted April 19, 2014 x2 to what Jig Man said. I always tell anyone that has problem with pouring any mold. That is forget smoking molds, talc and everything else and apply Drop-Out to your mold. It really works and you won't be sorry. Lasts for several 100 pours.
