alsworms Posted April 21, 2014 Report Share Posted April 21, 2014 The glimmer blue that I used to make was..... 4 ounces of plastic 20 drops of LC Minnow Silver (make sure you shake the container a bunch because that stuff will easily settle) 1/8 teaspoon blue hi-lite powder 1/4 teaspoon medium black flake If you like, you can also add a touch of small silver or holograph flake to give it a bit more of a shine in the water Good luck!
