Wolfwrestle
I may be late to the party, but does anyone have any of these or know how to get or make them. They are allegedly the holy grail of cold water smallie lures, but are discontinued. Mr twister smoke sassy grub, not the sassy shad. They've been out of production for a while, and they still have the tri-alive sassy grubs, but not the ones I'm looking for.

mark poulson
DOA CAL Shad Tail in Stark Naked might fit the bill. Those look really good. Since they are listed as saltwater, are they soft? My experience with saltwater plastics is they are med+ to hard.
Wolfwrestle
At this point I'm just wanting to see the original so I have something to compare to, I guess. I have no idea what they even look like in color or body shape except for peoples descriptions of them. Don't know what the plastic composition is, and how stiff or soft it is, or any of that. If anyone has a pack, or even just one sassy grub original in the smoke color, I'd be interested in figuring out how to get it from you if you want to part with it. I've looked literally everywhere and can't find any. Thanks for all the possibles, and I may give some of them a try too.
