mark poulson
It would help us help you if you tell us what kind of baits you want to make, and what kind of material you'll be making them from.
Jakajaw
For bass molds out of rtv and I want to make some baits out of foam what other material is there
mark poulson
Man, there are a ton of materials to use for both the cranks and the molds. Most of us here have our own materials and methods for how we build, and they are all different, and they all work for each one of us. Try this: Enter rtv molds in the search tab at the upper right of this page, and also try foam cranks, and variations of both of those. You'll find enough stuff to read to give you a good idea of what's available, and then you can come back to the forum and ask more specific questions that folks here who use those specific techniques can answer. Take an hour and read as much as you can, so get a real sense of the pros and cons of the different materials and methods. You'll be glad you did. Think of it as reading a good topo map before you fish a new lake.
