alsworms
I know I'm getting old, but I'm lost here. LOL What is it that you're trying to do? Do you mean pre-mixing the 2 in plastisol?
rockslide
im trying to turn my powder into an liquid! everytime i use hi lite i end up adding softener
nova
How much highlite are you using? You only need a very little bit for an effect.
rockslide
for veins i make neons! so an dash each ounce
alsworms
Nope......still not gettin' it. LOL Seriously, like Nova said, very little hi-lite is needed to create ANY effect; veins or otherwise. I couldn't imagine adding so much hi-lite that you're concerned about it hardening the plastic? Maybe I'm on another planet here............. rockslide
what i wanted to do was add my pearls an hi-lites to a bottle with softener in it so i could use drops an not spoons. something like what mf does with his silver smoke pearl. what i needed to no is if the softner would have any bad effects on the hi-lite. i guess i will find out soon enough
JSC
Worm oil will work as well for a carrier.
mark poulson
Worm oil will work as well for a carrier. And then you can control the softness separately.
ipt
worm oil will act as a softner if im not mistaken. its a plasticizer.
alsworms
Ahhh........makes sense now. Yup.....as the guys said, I'd go with worm oil. Cheaper and easier to work with overall than softener, and it DOES soften as well.
