Mudd Butt Baits
I add scent to bag after, salt once it is hot or it clumps up, I add 1 teaspoon to 2 cups, no oil if using scent. I put the scent in the bag before the worms and work it around the bag for better coating. Crazy how long it holds the scent while fishing. Don't throw old worms into the old bin to be reheated as some of the scents get bad after they are mixed together in the new worm.

joelhains
What type of salt do you guys use?
mark poulson
For translucent baits I use Kosher salt, because it is coarse and won't make the baits cloudy.
Bassinfool
Popcorn salt
joelhains
So I could just go to the grocery store and use the salt they sell there? It doest have to be anything specially formulated for soft plastic baits?
MonteSS
Pickling salt from Walmart is very good. Are you adding salt for taste or sink?
