Chip
Guys... a great way to make stencils is: I use a dremel on a dremel drill press stand. I use a Dremel #107 engraving cutter. I then draw my image on thick plastic sheets... (A milk jug works great if you dont have access to plastic sheets) Draw your image on the plastic and then use the engraver to mill out the design.... I then take some sand paper to deburr the plastic stencil I have made by laying the sheet of plastic flat and running a sanding block over it until all that is left is a clean stencil.... Try it! It works great!!! Chip

Chip
Very Sharp~! Lay your substrate on a flat surface and lightly sand away the burrs and the image will appear in the stencil with nice clean edges. Chip
