Mudd Butt Baits Posted June 15, 2014 Report Share Posted June 15, 2014 I am making 2 floating popper baits and 2 sinking baits, the floating baits have the bubbles and seem to rip easy with the 502 or 536 from Lure Kraft. I tried a small batch with the 60/40 and it is ok, but the 500 saltwater stuff is great. I even tried it in my sinking baits and it also works very nice. Problem is, for my personal use I want them to last all day, but if I am selling them I want them to last enough that they need to buy more. I think that is the thoughts of it all, but I would like to offer a tougher bait that will last and sell more to more guys then a lot to a few guys. Anybody having problems with the saltwater stuff? Slammingjack Posted June 15, 2014 Report Share Posted June 15, 2014 I tried LC saltwater, Do-it saltwater and Spite it saltwater. Then I got MF 464 50 reg./ 50 saltwater. Great stuff. Tough with real good action. Had a guy catch three Red fish on it before he had to replace the bait. Give it a try you will like it.
