RayburnGuy Posted June 19, 2014 Report Share Posted June 19, 2014 What brand of paint are you spraying? I shoot Auto Air and Createx and it looks close to Createx pearl copper. Both Auto Air and Createx make a pearl copper, but the Auto Air is a good bit darker than the Createx. It also depends on what base color your spraying over. A dark base coat will make the following paint layers appear much darker than if they were sprayed over a white base coat. If you decide to try the Createx or Auto Air and they are still too dark you can add some transparent base to the paint, This will make the paint appear lighter and by using multiple light coats you can "sneak up" on the color your wanting. good luck, Ben Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
