Roadkill
Anyone know how to make this little triangle bend to which the hook is attached. I see it on a lot of vintage lures. Don't know it's purpose but would like to make it.

Roadkill
Sorry Man, been trying to do just that and can't get this #$%^&^*$ thing to work. The bend I'm looking for is a small triangle with a loop in the bottom center to which the hook is attached. I've seen it on a "Floyd's Buzzer" and a "Hawaiian Wiggler" and a few other vintage lures. Those are easy to find on the net, so hope you can look up a pic and help. I apologize for the trouble you'll be going to.
smalljaw
You can do that easily, just make the loop with a squared off long nose pliers, that is whay the vintage lures look that way, because the bends weren't made with a round nose. Vodkaman
I would make a peg board. It will be fiddly, but should work. You do the first set of bends on the peg board. Then put in a vice and complete the three whip turns. DAve
Roadkill
OK, Smalljaw & Vodkaman. Thanks for the help. I don't get a lot of chance to help others mostly because I'm still learning but I really appreciate the help I get from you guys and other TU members.
