BayouBoysLures
I bought a gallon of plastic from ozark tackle and when I inject the mold the baits come out too soft. I even put lots of salt in it and its still too soft. I got the regular formula from ozark. I then melted down some scraps from some bags of baits and they came oit perfect. I NEED help! DaveMc1
make sure your plastic is mixed up real good. shake the daylights out of it, when you think its mixed good, shake more
Anglinarcher
What Dave said. The plastisol products have material that settles out over time. Some are worse then others, but all do it. I made that mistake myself one time and I SHOULD HAVE KNOWN BETTER. If you tried to pour a lot with the original pour, you have find you now need to add softener to the mixed batch, but not a lot. Jig Man
I couldn't get the stuff to mix after it set around for a spell no matter how much I shook it. So I bent a coat hanger into an L shape with a double wire bottom. I put it in the bottle and hook up a drill to wire. That gets all of it mixed back up in a jiffy. bass100
Throw about 15 marbles into the jug and you will have no problem mixing it up. I usually get mine from the dollar store.
