Jmonty
I'm new to painting my own lures using a spray pen. I was wondering what kind of paint is most popular and what are the advantages and downfalls. I have read a lot of differing opinions and wanted to get the down low from an experienced source. gone2long
I did a search for Spray pen what exactly is it? from the little I saw paint is out of the question seems to be of an ink thing.
Jmonty
Its a small airbrush I got from my dad who used to use it in his line of work. It uses compressed gas to blow a fine mist of paint on to a surface. I know I can use polyurethane based paint with it, I was just not sure if this would be best for a lure painting application. gone2long
Well I can tell you that some airbrushes have a hard time spraying AB specific paint so you may need to upgrade if you were thinking of waterbased acrylics.
