mark poulson
Dont know. I only did this once as an example. Dont forget the beads WILL scratch your injector. Thanks. And thanks for the heads up about scratching the injector. I'll watch out for that if I decide to inject some senkos.

mark poulson
Don't PM me yet. I bought the wrong media. Going back tomorrow to get the right stuff. I've got the right stuff now, 50 lbs of it, so the offer is back on. If you live near LAX, and want to try some, PM me and you're welcome to some. I'll never use all 50 lbs. That's why I said if you're local, stop by.

Bassinfool
I bought 20 pounds of it a month or so ago and even making baits every few days it doesn't even feel like I've made a dent! Of course, when you're only using 4 Tbs per cup of plastic it's hard to really use it up quick which is just fine by me. Also, forgot who asked but I have so far not had any problems or scratching of my injector/mold/blending block as of yet. Can't explain why that is other than that I lube my injector every few shots with a little worm oil to coat the inside of the tube/o ring/ face of the plunger and so far that has seemed to work. Not saying its fool proof because I'm sure I don't make anywhere near the amount of baits some of you guys so but thus far I haven't seen any scratching. Also, caught a few solid bass yesterday using a weightless Texas rig fishing it fast like a soft jerk bait. Will post some pics in a little bit! Painter1
If you want a finer glass material with less abrasion, try running it through a small sandblaster. The higher the pressure, the more the media will shatter making it smaller and rounding the edges. In my business we recycle all types of blast media until it is dust.
