rixon529
Hi everyone. I have been content over the years using assorted colors of my own creation without trying to match any specific manufacturer's colors. Now a friend wants to use zooom arkansas shiner and albino colors. I can wing it on the albino with a slightly off-white, I guess, but am looking for some help for the arkansas shiner. Would anyone be able to help me? Feel free to PM me if you don't want to post a recipe. Thanks in advance. Rick

alsworms
I might start with LC amber brown??? Yup....great call. I'd go with that and a touch of large black flake. And of course the belly would be white or pearl. To make it a bit more interesting, some ark. shiner's have a blue tint to them. Just add a touch of blue hi-lite and you're there! MonteSS
LC amber brown might be too red.
Painter1
Go easy and if it's a bit too red add some green to "brown it"
