Delw
Interesting read. mainly you are hooking the fishermen not the fish with the fancy baits. Most bass will bite anything put in front of them, there are a few key factors and they are pretty simple. size (always ) color (some colors) sometimes shape Delw
Tm Customs
I dont really belive bass will bite anything myself. I belive or like to that colors are a factor (in clear water which I mostly fish), softness, scent, action ect. If it were ture about bass eating anything I don't think people would be making there own baits trying to find that perfect one. Take swimbaits for example do you think a bass is going to eat a big fat log of plastic with no action or Trick Trout's beautiful 5 pice trout? You know the anser. In the end I belive the fish catching factor comes down to be a combination of the right bait and the skilled fishermen, the right bait along with someone who knows how to use it has always proven to be deadly for me. SeminoleFan
I honestly believe that fishing comes down to confidence more than anything. Bass fishing to me is persuading a predator fish to strike at an artificial lure that the fish believes is alive and real, whether it is a worm, crank, jig, etc. And yes, with the right action, bass can be caught on just about anything.
