mark poulson
The only purple power worms I found there were the 4" curly tail. That is a weird color...it doesn't even look purple to me, so I'm lost. http://www.tacklewarehouse.com/Berkley_Powerbait_4_Power_Worms_15pk/descpage-BPWF.html#multiview
MonteSS
Ya that linkit liiks more red. I would make a basic red recipe and add blue a drop at a time till you get theplum or purple you want.
MonteSS
This pic is from Landbigfish.COM. I think they take their own pic and great for reference. I would stick to what I said above If that does not work try LC hot pink and slowly add LC electric blue. You can add blue pearl powder to red or pink but then you get this Edited October 8, 2014 by MonteSS
alsworms
Wow......that pic looks like anything BUT purple. You guys nailed it with the red, but if I could add my 2 cents......it looks like MF crayfish? Just another toss in the wind, but if I were trying to match it, I'd start with that. mark poulson
Do you think the fine flake is changing/adding to the color?
archery1
by looking at berkleys website of there purple worms.. i think spike it (lureworks) morning dawn 160 will get u very close to what u are looking
mark poulson
The morning dawn 160 looks too red to me. I think their purple 123 color with some fine black flake might be the ticket. The black flake should make the body darker, like in the picture posted. You may have to add some red, or some other color, to get a perfect match. Maybe just a fine red flake would do the trick. Be sure to make notes as you play around, so you can duplicate it once you nail it. Edited October 9, 2014 by mark poulson
