BuckMaxx
I tried to make the loop at the end of the wire for my spinner. After many cuss works I got it but it ain't pretty/ What is the best way to get a nice wrap on the wire that is secure? Thanks
smalljaw
Whether you are doing safety pin type spinnerbaits or in-line spinners, you need a wire forming tool that allows you to make closed loops. If you are doing spinnerbaits for bass you will need to buy a Boggs or Hagens tackle maker with the head that accepts larger wire diameters, but that way you will get a neat and precise closed loop each and every time. You can do it with round nose pliers but you need to leave long tag ends and use more wire as a result.
Musky Glenn
I do all my bending with round nose pliers and have no problems. Musky Glenn
