Flats Posted July 21, 2004 Author Report Share Posted July 21, 2004 I've placed orders for some new custom molds this week. I want to send some new stuff I'm working on also. I would need about 3-4 weeks to get everything in, but I figured this way it would give me the boost I needed. Also, I'd say we have any type of saltwater baits, not just jigs. How many, by when, etc. It would also be helpful to know approximately what size range you want the plugs in. A weight limit might be in order. I just recieved a one pound mold that uses a 12/0 hook. Think of the postage on that pakage. Not that too many guys would have use for a jig that size. Seriously, my wife has friends we visit in Waldorf every year. Any places around to catch striper from land? I haven't been taking my gear because I didn't know any good spots and between us there's 6 young boys. I usually just sneak off to that shop that has all the Do-it molds. HEre we get alot of Yellowtail, white seabass, and barracudda from the kayak along with calico,sand,and spotted (bay) bass. Also rockfish lingcod halibut. basically i can use anything on my kayak and everything else on the boats. Shipping is gonna be expensive. The norm is 30 to 40 inches durring trophy season. In the summer the schoolies come in and your lucky to get one over twelve inches from shore. In the spring trolling is a big thing around here.
