joelhains
I've had some ideas over the years and I revisited them and tried some new things today. I like the results and I think these will be real fish catchers. Looking for some feedback. I'm also curious if the jigs with the spinner blades are "too close" to Road Runners jigs If I ever decide to try selling these. What do you think? cadman
Nice way to think outside the box. Also those jigs are not even close to Road Runners. I don't think you'll jhave problems. The big issue with Blakemore is the horse head with the barrel swivel and blade. Yours is not even close to that. Do-It does have molds similar to Blakemores supposed patent, and Do-It does say on their description, that "You may be infringing on patent issues" or something similar to that. I think you are good with your design.
Jig Man
I'd like to know if you have any problems with fish hitting that blade under the grub. Please report back after some outings.

mulholland
Underspins are nothing new by any means, you'll be fine with that design I am certain. Look up underspin jigs and see different styles for a few different ideas on various ways to improve/alter the design.
smalljaw
The closet thing to what you did there is the swarming hornet under spin. Under spin lures are great for summer time suspended fish, I don't know why but they seem to be the only thing that makes those fish bite. Nice work all around.
