Roadkill
Don't know if I'm posting in the right place but here's what I'm looking for. I make in line spinners and I have a customer who wants a "Brown Trout Pattern" spoon. Weight should be 3/4 to one ounce. Does anyone make them, I'll send the customer to you, or anyone know where I can find them. Thanks/Roadkill
mark poulson
Rapala used to offer a brown trout scheme on their floating minnows. Maybe you can track down a picture of one. I'm pretty sure I have one somewhere, but I can't remember where. I found a photo: http://www.tacklecenter.com/rapala/rapala-countdown-minnows-4262?gclid=CILn85KNr8ICFe_m7AodUmUAzw Edited December 5, 2014 by mark poulson
Roadkill
Thanks Mark: Yep, that is the pattern needed. Now I need to find someone to make a spoon with that pattern. Hopefully someone out there makes spoon and can do it.

diemai
If this would be of any help , ...........the German tackle company DAM offers their famous and well-proven "EffZett" spoon in a Brown Trout pattern , ......it's called their "Super Natural" line(click on spoon pics for bigger view of patterns) : http://www.dam.de/en/content/effzett%C2%AE-blinker-super-natural The spoon is available in 22 grams or 30 grams , which might probably meet your demands . Don't know , whether there are US distributors , but it should not be a problem to order these lures from Europe , ...if interested , I might be able to help looking around . In the US you might not be familiar this spoon model , ...but I'm not lying to say , that the "EffZett" is probably Germany's most famous fishing lure , a proven catcher of different species for many decades , ........some words about it in this video of mine : Greetz from northern Germany , diemai Edited December 6, 2014 by diemai

llokkii
Crazy question and I definitely don't want to come off as a smart-***, but couldn't you photo finish a plain spoon that meets his requirements. I think there were some threads on here that actually talked about how to do it.The reason I am asking is that the articles talked about doing crankbaits, but one would think the process could work on a spoon easy enough. Unless there is something I am missing. Edited December 22, 2014 by llokkii
