Yama Senko Mold?

As I understand it the do-it on the bait was required by Yamamoto in order to liscence the production of the mold.  That way no one confuses it for a "real" GYB Senko

Yeah that's the reason but it wasn't and still isn't explained in the description when purchasing the mold some folks don't like selling baits with someone else's advertisement on them.

Wow! I didn't realize they have their name on the actual bait itself. That is a deal breaker for me. I was considering selling the stick bait molds I have to purchase a few of these. They definitely don't mention the "Do-It" name being on the bait in the description. But if you look real close you can see it in one of the pics. Too Bad...

Are you talking about the essential series molds? Because they have like a sand paper finish to the bait. That may be why people dont like them???

There you go! I just surprised me to see the new first series mold for sale so fast. I don't own one, just curious why I see 7 different times for sale.

I've seen both, the essential series is sand casted in their foundry so it has a sand finish if that makes any sense but I applaud them for creating this lineup I haven't met a fish yet that requires a machined finish on plastic bait, we as fishermen have lost touch with reality when we require super smooth perfect symmetry and tight tolerances in a mold. I'm happy with my Del's combo mold 4" and 5" 2 cavities each identical to the senko

Indeed.  If my first, crude hand pours caught fish any of the baits in the essential line will do the same.
