Silo1688
Had anyone used windshield repair resin for top coat? I'm still a dedicated user of D2T.but while I was getting my oil changed there was an ad for clear chip resistant resin. Just wondering. Take care everyone! BobP
Don't see why not, but I bet it's expensive in any volume.
BIGCREW
Sounds interesting, I would have to think it would be very thick and dry time may be to fast and start drying before your done applying it and also cost but hey you wont know if you dont try it who knows it just may be the new hot item for the next few months
stretcher66
drying time would not be a problem since most of the resins used are uv reactive curing. just like solarez, but definatly worth looking into. i have a feeling it would be on the expensive side like BobP said earlier.. Jaw
I've got a friend that has a glass shop. He says the resin is around $40 an ounce
