ipt
i have a bunch of different bottles of softener from diff companies. im wondering are they all the same? i have specific formulas of course that i dont want to come out differently due to different potency of the softeners. i dont know enough about how plastic and softeners work, so if i mix say 5 parts plastic to 1 part softener will they all be the same softness? thanks! alsworms
You should be able to mix and match all brands of softeners with no problems. Can't say the same for hardeners, and can't say the same for plastic. LOL
Frank
Well I know that there are more than one type. As to the ratios, maybe someone who really knows will say something but probably not. I believe there is only one MANUFACTURER that uses the two most common ones. As most people can tell one is much more costly than the other just by the pricing. By the way cheaper does not mean you get a lesser or better product in the end.
