How Do You Clean Out The Pots And Piping On The Shooting Star And Ultra Molds System

Guys how do you clean out the pots and piping to change colors on the Bears Baits Shooting Star and Ultra Molds systems

I have a Shooting Star but I use it on my own pots. I just suck the block dry and I have virtually no residue in my pots so they don't really ever need cleaning unless i do a clear of very light colored bait.

Use compressed air thru a copper pipe-tapered to fit in the drain hole in each pot. Pots and blending block must be warm-hot. Use a plastic container in front of the blending block holes to confine the liquid plastic when blowing them out.

 

Remove excess, .hardened plastic by hand then wipe the inside of the pot w/ a Simple Green towelette

if whole system is cooled.. can u just take all of cold plastic outta it?  or will you have some leftovers in there when making a new color?
