LimpNoodle
Looking for a bulk source of blades like the Do-It ZB-M blades. Looking at making a mold for a spin cast machine to do these lures in 1 and 1.25 ounce but need to find the blades. Thanks.
cadman
What does bulk mean. 100 or 1000. If you are looking into 100 you will have to pay the price from the local component companies on line. If you are looking for a custom run, like pic below, then you will have to buy in quantity and your price per each will drop drastically. However if you go big quantities, you can design your own and make it out of any other material like aluminum, which has insane vibration or stainless steel. LimpNoodle
At least a thousand. Perhaps 2-3 thousand. Someone is stamping them for Do-It and other companies. I'd really like to find out who is stamping them. Edited February 25, 2015 by LimpNoodle
cadman
Yes they are stamped, and I'm going to bet that you won't find out who is doing for them. Having them stamped yourself is not practical. It is cheaper to have them laser cut or water jet cut.

I've got a machine in my workplace that could do it, but I reckon the tooling costs would be crazy.
ute
Do-It stamps them in house. I have visited with them several times over flaws I have experienced with this body.
wildwolfproducts
Last price I got on a die for my Press to stamp out stuff like that. Was $7500. So it sits still without use, as that is just unreal for a few thousand stamps. I have an ideal that will be tried out this summer on these. Will post pics of it works out like I think it will. Will be out of a Spin cast mold. Pete
