llokkii
Just read through this. I love it! Its definitely worth the read!
imagine_studios
That's a really cool magazine. The only critique would be the first two pages, the font is too fancy and the red color of the font makes it too difficult to read as it blends into the background image a little too much. Maybe it's my old eyes, but I had to skip those two pages. Other than that, it's nicely done.
llokkii
I would agree with that. I had a really hard time reading the first two pages but I thought it was just my eyes. Other than that, there is a lot of cool information and photos in there. Inspiration by the bucketload!
Travis
Not bad at all (skimmed a few articles only). I agree with with the above and also think several (many) of the images need some photo shop work as the color is over saturated.
BobP
On the first page, it asks me to subscribe to the site. There was no option. Subscribe or don't see the mag. I don't think it's reasonable to force visitors to subscribe before they can browse the mag to see if it's of interest to them. So sayonara mag! MuskyGary
I love it! It's free, so why not sign up? Love all the color patterns that help give you ideas.
TerryF2858
was anyone able to download the mag? gets almost to end and stops, and will not open, Edited March 7, 2015 by TerryF2858
bass100
I agree with Bob. You will have to show me what you have before I give up my email. They don't even tell you what they are going to do with your email before you give it to them. You might be signing up for an E-mag and 1000 other things. Salty's
Cool magazine I skimmed it. Nice. Disappointed to see another scab site hawking the ability to sell non exciseable lures.
Travis
You guys don't have a junk email for this sort of stuff? I thought that was the norm.
bass100
You guys don't have a junk email for this sort of stuff? I thought that was the norm. I don't need one because I treat my email like my phone #, social security #, etc.

SLT785
It's my understanding the email is so they can send the magazine to you when it's released for publication and that's all. I was told the publisher was in contact with the admin of this blog to let them know he wasn't competing against the blog in know way, shape or form. For what it's worth
llokkii
Had no trouble downloading/opening the PDF file. I used Adobe reader X.
Jaw
Would like to see a mobile version. I don't make it to a desktop much so guess I won't subscribe until it's made more accessible
kajay920
I'm with BobP and Bass100. I wont even bother when I am asked for my information up front. Spam filters are only so good for a while then crap always works its way in. As for the "junk email" who has the time? i've got four or more legitimate ones to manage. BobP
SLT785 - Thanks for the link without the forced join-up. I found the site interesting, especially for pike/musky guys. p.s. - why does the TU site insist on "auto correcting" the phrase popup (when used with a hyphen befure "up) to Plaster of Paris? mark poulson
SLT785, When I bring up that link, a subscribe box opens, and I can't see the site without joining. Am I doing something wrong?
SLT785
I posted earlier, as far as I know, they want your email just for sending the e-mag directly to you so you don't have to go out on the web to get it.
