S.mouse
I think it's from the plastic/mold getting to hot. So if I'm right does anybody have a suggestion on how to keep the molds cool? I'm guessing buy more molds?
wallyc14
Assuming your plastic is not to hot you could try putting a mold of the equal size on both sides of the mold your shooting and clamping all. shoot your mold . The two outer will act as a heat sink.
S.mouse
Thanks Wally I'll try that. I may just need to give the molds a break to cool down. But when you are rolling you don't want to stop.
S.mouse
I guess dents really don't matter anyways. It's not like they fall any different with a dent. Just how they look to people, I'm sure it doesn't matter to fish

S.mouse
Problem solved! Plastic was to hot. Picked up a new thermometer and I guess my old one was way off. I will treat this one a lot nicer. Thanks for everybody's help
MonteSS
Keep mold topped off or get a sprue extender
