Rellim1010
I am about to start assembling some spinnerbaits. I have bodies that I will paint. I just need to know what size clevices you recomend for 3/8 to 3/4 oz they have .032 wire. Also if i went to a 1oz .035 wire. I am sure there is a chart somewhere, i just cant seem to find it. Thanks
DaBehr
This site has just about any kind of chart your will ever need!!! http://www.tacklemaking.com/default.php?pageID=42 And then when you order your clevis the website should tell you what size wire they are for. For example: http://www.barlowstackle.com/Clevices--P826.aspx (really nice chart for wire size to clevis size!).
smalljaw
I was told that you should use the smallest clevis that will fit your wire but when you go to larger blade sizes it seemed a larger clevis worked better. So based on smallest you could use a size 2 for 3/8oz to 3/4oz and a size 3 for the 1oz. The way I do it is by blade size and lure weight, the blade sizes on 3/8oz to 1oz gets a size 3, and a swivel size #2.
