Get some Createx Airbrush Restorer and soak the front end of your airbrush in it overnight. If there is any dried paint that was missed during cleaning the restorer will soften it up so you can get it out. Be careful poking anything hard inside the nozzle as it can leave scratches that can effect the way your brush sprays. Scratches will also leave places for paint to become embedded in that will make future cleaning all that much more difficult.

If that don't work, give the nozzle a very very close inspection.  The nozzle where the needle seats is a very small brass part and easily mushrooms out and splits or cracks and it that is the case you need a new nozzle.  You have to be very gentle on the neo when seating the needle to the nozzle and tightening the chuck nut.  Use very light pressure on the needle to the nozzle when tightening the chuck nut and put the guard back on the back of the gun so the needle doesn't accidentally get jammed forward and ruin the nozzle.  If you need a new nozzle, small doesn't mean cheap, print out your  40% discount coupon for Hobby Lobby so you don't wind up paying 24 bucks.

Also using teflon tape on the treads on the nose cap holder makes a better seal. Look at some cleaning of air brush videos on youtube. Like mentioned you might have damaged the cone and air can't get around the needle. be very careful inserting the needle twist the needle as you slide forward, gently till it stops then tighten lockdown screw. Remember cones and needles need replacement one every so often, the price you have to pay. its good to have spare parts on hand. Cause when ever i usually break something its when the stores are closed! lol

When you want to reinstall the tiny nozzle, try putting the needle in first, loose, and push it out the front enough to slip the needle onto.  That way the nozzle's threads will line up as you slowly push it back into the nozzle cap.

Do everything slowly.  Those tiny parts are fragile.
