SpoRoller
I just had to stop painting to post this! Like a few others, I have had problems getting my shad dots painted on the baits evenly. Today I used those stick-on reinforcements made for paper held in binders. They are a great size for the dots and you can put them on both sides before spraying. I use them on Createx and they haven't disturbed the paint yet. No more holding a small stencil on the bait. I imagine you could use them to paint round eyes also. Just had to share that with you folks!
Coley
Hey Spo, get a 1/4" paper hole punch and punch the dots out of black vinyl electrical tape and just stick them on. Works great!! Coley
SpoRoller
I remember you talking about that, haven't tried it yet though. Makes sense though to make up several at a time and keep them on the paper one gets when ordering 3-D eyes. One of these days I am going to do it Coley, really I am!
