Rod info

Recommended Posts

Hi there,

I just registered after finding this forum and was hoping I might find some info on a rod I came across. The rod I'm looking at is the Cabela's European Predator Casting rod. I've been basically looking for a rod with these exact specs for over a year now, but I've never had any experience with a Cabela's rod and don't want to dive into the purchase blindly.

If anyone has any experience or knowledge of these rods or Cabela's rods in general, I would appreciate it if you could let me know whether the rod is worth picking up or not. I'm really just looking for the basics - overall quality, strength, durability, casting, sensitivity, etc. I haven't found any reviews online, so I'm guessing this is a long shot. Either way, any info is appreciated,

Thanks,

Jay

Their rods are real good.

They are made for them for another company, just like other retail chains here in the midwest have done.

I would not say you should have any problems with it.

Should be top quality.

You can not beat there coustmer service either.

A friend of mine has that rod I think or one of the model very close to , and he loves it.

I do not think you will have any regrets.
