Figuring Buoyancy

A good explanation of Archimedes principle:

The upward buoyant force that is exerted on a body immersed in a fluid, whether fully or partially submerged, is equal to the weight of the fluid that the body displaces.

Very useful knowledge for the lure builder, but most will manage perfectly well without.

Nice clean article with some visuals to help tie it all in.  I still recall one of my classes in middle school doing the Archimedes lab.  That Introduction to Chemistry and Physics course really probably did more (class related) to steer me down a career path than any other.
