Momoe
Hi all. I have had issues lately with my size#0 split rings breaking off. I don't know if I jacked them up when putting them on with the split ring pliers or if they just aren't strong enough. I am using pliers that are designed for small rings also. They are the plain stainless rings from Jann's. Does anyone know of a size #0 or #00 double ring? I have only found them as small as #2. Any assistance is appreciated. DingerBaits
Check out Do-it molds. They have a bunch of odd sizes.
Fatman
Are you using them on cranks??? I get 1/0 (size 0) from Crazy Angler Tackle - They're listed as Rosco but they're made by Sampo. http://stores.crazyanglertackle.com/split-rings-1/ Haven't had any fail yet. On my Pony and Horsehead jigs I use the German split rings from Hagens for attching blades. Don't need heavy duty for those.
