Skeeter
I am not sure.... but I believe that it is a Yozuri Pins Minnow. I don't know if that lure is still made. Skeeter

TheHammer
It looks to be a Yozuri knock off...there are a lot out there. It may even be whats called a Renegade lure which was produced for Wal-Mart awhile back. I still have a few of those and they had a nice action and caught lots of fish for me. Fish_Hacker
Hi, I think it is a Yozuri minnow also. I have a couple of them that look like it but in a different color pattern. If I can see the bill on it, I can get a better assesment of it.
