Geegeebaits
When I use MF regular plastic for my injected thin and regular stick baits I noticed that if they bend at all in the bags they will retain that shape. We all know that stick baits aren't as effective unless they are straight. There is plenty of salt in each bait also. Is there a "memory" plastic that anyone uses that will eliminate this? For example Senkos don't do this and neither does Zoom products. Thanks
FATFLATTIE
Senkos and Zoom baits will do that. Especially Zooms. I think any plastic if left in a certain shape for long enough will conform. Just try letting the baits cure for a couple days and see if that helps some.

Painter1
I bought a bunch of leftover containers in a couple sizes that allow me to place baits straight and seal them up. A typical container will hold about 25 stick baits. The smaller size will hold 50 or 60 dropshot worms. The ones I have are a thick aluminum foil with a cardboard lid. The edges of the container crimp down over the lid. Once the baits set awhile and cure they aren't as sensitive to being bent..
MonteSS
As said let cure a week or two. Put them in the bag straight. 6 x 4 (not 4 x 6) 4mil bags from ebay are great
SlowFISH
Agreed on everything above.... Once I started letting the baits sit out for 1 week before messing with them they kept their shape much better... it seems like the firm up a bit sitting out. J. Geegeebaits
Thanks to all. I was fishing in 100+ degree temps for a week at Lake Mead. I just thing the problem was the very high heat and the fact that some of the baits slid in the bags and molded themselves in that shape. I always lay my newly poured baits on cookie sheets for a week before bagging.
emptystringer81
Could be scent too if you use scent, something to think about
Geegeebaits
I do use scent. I always add to the plastic before pouring.
