bskizl
Just wondering how many guys on here have used this plastic and what your experience is with it
gone2long
Quick question who is selling it these days I haven't seen that brand in awhile? I liked the last batch I got it was super soft a little bit too muck for my liking but it did cook and shoot good.
bobv
I bought some from Bear when he had it. I liked a lot!
bskizl
Not sure who sells it commercially. Know of a guy who uses it but in a much larger scale, production, and not sure how user friendly it is on the hand pour, small injection side
jeffhill
I buy it directly from Chemionics. I've been through 3 drums now and I prefer it over anything else I've used.
jeffhill
Also, I have a contact number for the customer service rep. If anyone needs it, shoot me a pm.
rixon529
Try http://wwwchemionics.com/plastisol.html Scroll down to the "soft plastic fishing lures" section and click the link to their brochure for additional product info. There is no pricing info, though. Edited December 10, 2015 by rixon529
bryanmc
I tried a couple gallons when Del was selling it and it didn't work well for me.
DaveMc1
I buy it directly from Chemionics. I've been through 3 drums now and I prefer it over anything else I've used. I went through several gallons worth of samples from Chemionics, didn't like it, found it to be not too consistent. I've switched to Pourasol from Spike-It/Lureworks (the bill comes from ColorTech) a while ago and like it so far, 12 barrels in and I have found it the most consistent plastic I've used. Del was selling Poly One. A lot of people had issues with it. Edited December 10, 2015 by DaveMc1
jeffhill
Funny how everyone has different experiences. I've had no issues with consistency at all. I may try some of the lure works stuff when I get close to running out. Is lure works pthlate free?
DaveMc1
The pourasol isn't. But if you contact them they may have some options available.

I used Chemionics when Bear was selling it and really liked it. Edited December 11, 2015 by bryanmc
