FATFLATTIE
Byron Velvic took it over from Ike and I think it went under after that. I think the Boston guy youre thinking of is that clown Charlie Moore "The Mad Fisherman". I absolutely hate that guy haha, joke of a fishing show if you ask me. It was interesting seeing a professional fisherman out of his element!.. That mixed with Ike's character made it a hit in my book!....... Should be another thread about fishing shows
Vodkaman
It wouldn't work here in Indonesia, all the fish are Halal Dave
mark poulson
Dave, you're the best! Just as long as they don't keep kosher, I'm okay. Since I only pour for myself, I'll try it in a small batch, and let you know how it works. I'll keep the in the cold boat for now (33 lows and 55 highs right now in my unheated garage) and, if they work, I'll keep them in the frig in the warmer weather. "Good thinking, I mean fish like coffee they must like bacon". And I'll have both scents in my baits. Worst case scenario is I won't get bit, and will be really hungry and have to come in early! fishon-son
mark, i dont think that bacon greese will work ..its not a oil you'll need to refine it ....but , bacon really works on pike..my son , when he was younger and droped off at the baby sitters house would catch pike all day long on bacon right of there dock....the real trick would be to find bacon scent...id be a buyer on that....... mark poulson
Maybe I'll just add a piece of bacon to the bags after I make my baits. That's assuming there will be some bacon left after I've cooked it. I seem to wind up eating it all! Hahaha
