dlaery
Does anyone use a different thinner for Components vinyl paint than what they sell? I have tried a local paint store and automotive paint place and they didn't know anything about vinyl. Thanks,
Richoc
Most vinyl thinners are MIBK. Methyl Isobutyl Ketone. To find out for sure requset a *data sheet from them. Can not remeber the name of the form but is to declare and hazardious elements in there products.

They said "Oh, thats for vinyl paint" but when I had asked before for thinner for vinyl paint they didn't know what I was talking about MSDS sounds like Spannish MSDS Material Saftey Data Sheet. boatnik13
I bought the highest price thinner from Home Depot and it works good with Componets vinyl paints.Expensive paint but its great. I can't buy enough to get a savings so I buy local and pay and pay. "VENTILATIION"
