Groucho
My least favorite part of this plastic soft bait stuff is getting 51/4" or 5" worms in a 61/4" bag straight, it's a pain in the butt. Is there any tricks of the trade that could speed things up and be not so frustrating. hanks
MonteSS
Some add salt, worm oil or scent so they slide easier. I use 6 x 4 4 mil bags for sticks and put them in dry one at a time. It is time consuming.
Driftwood
We Farm it out and pay .12 cents per bag. To get our tubes to stand up in the bag. We took a hair pick, removed every other prong, slide the tubes onto the pick, bag over tubes and remove.
Roger Linnell
get a thin piece of cardboard or plastic or metal thats 6"X 6" and lay the worms on one end, all nice and orderly, then slide them in the bag horizontally, like lay the bag on a table and just slide them in, then flip the bag over and slide 6X6 thingy out
Apdriver
What works for me is put my plastics in a plastic storage container then add a few drops of worm oil and shake. Then place them in the bags. If you want scented baits, just use your desired scent.

Seems like it might be tough to get them to slide neatly off the "thingy" if not? Very interesting idea!!
Frank
It is actually not that hard to remove the baits from the tray with or without the oil. After you put it in you could turn it over and they will come off pretty easy. I try and not use a flat piece of what ever you use but more of a corigated or textured one, less surface tension to get then to come off that way.
