Driftwood
Does anyone know of a small grinder that is used to grind the leftover plastic ? Cutting with scissors is a pain.

Driftwood
Thanks Vodkaman, I just ordered a veg-o-matic. (Won't use the wifes.) That may dice them to the right size.
ute
I use an old, large hand operated meat grinder. It looks like you are turning out sausage! It works great and is very easy to clean up.
Basseducer
I tried the hand crank meat grinder and maybe mine was too small, but it was a chore to use. I then got an electric grinder from Harbor Freight and I'm very happy with it.
Basseducer
Bob, With a little vergin plastic for lubrication and a couple cups or more of re-grinds in a presto pot and you are good to go.
bribass
I use an old, large hand operated meat grinder. It looks like you are turning out sausage! It works great and is very easy to clean up. I do that same thing and its awesome! Try to find the biggest size holes that will fit it. Trust me it will still process it small but it makes it much easier to use

mark poulson
I still remember the old hand grinder my mom used. It clamped to the table, and she ground all kinds of stuff with it, not just meat.
