Frank
He makes a good mold and his injectors are like tanks, but a little to sticky for me. Injectors have a screw on tip and take some time to clean out. Down fall is you may never recieve what you buy. Still owes me a replacement mold from a few years ago. If you see his name come up it will be to warn you about what might happen. Beware,Beware,BEWARE.
Bassinfool
Had to file a dispute with PayPal to get my money back after placing an order through Del. If you order through Lurecraft you should be ok, but to do go through Del himself is just asking for trouble.
MonteSS
Delmart is barely still in business. Contact Baitjunkies. He will make you a multi cavity Stick mold and his injectors are sweet

archery1
Alot of people have had trouble with del. Including myself. I would advise buying from another company. It all depends what you want in an injector. There are sum that are thick walled and sum thin. sum with locking nozzle and sum without. patrick reif
I have a Del hand pour mold and have tried to inject with it, and the results are mediocre at best. The injector is too large to fit securely in the port, and the baits are often half formed. You're better off buying a mold from Basstackle, Baitjunkies or Bears and just ordering the injection option.
fishhook
Sounds like Baitjunkys has a great injector. I just want to make senkos for personal use . Has anyone used the 5 inch GY 4 cavity injection mold from Do it or lure craft ? Would those work with a Baitjunkys injector ?
DaBehr
I have both the Do-it CNC mold (machined) and the Essentials Series (cast) 5" GY "stick" mold and they are both excellent. Beside the significant difference in cost, the machined mold has the traditional "shinny" surface and the sand cast have a slight sandy, grain finish which I actually prefer. It's just a matter of personal preference....I really doubt the bass care! At $30 the Essential Series molds are a great value. http://lurepartsonline.com/Online-Store/Do-it-Softbaits-Essential-Series/Essential-Series-Molds.html Don't forget good gloves and a digital thermometer. Temperature is critical to get good baits. Andy
majic man
If you like supporting china, sand cast is a great alternative.
MonteSS
The BJ mold is an exact copy of the Senko and shoots great every time. http://www.shopbaitjunkys.com/5-Stickem_p_646.html
fishhook
Thanks for all the input!!! It's between Basstackle and baitjunkies !!! What should I go with ???
DaBehr
If you like supporting china, sand cast is a great alternative. ?? I didn't realize Iowa is in China.... Living in Minnesota we make lots of Iowa jokes....but our geography is better than that.
majic man
I was under the assumption at 30.00, and they dont say made in USA they were being cast over seas. Do they say made in USA on them? Most American made products do out of pride. I may be wrong tho.
mdl
Do-it's molds are licensed with Yamamoto. Cant get any closer to a senko then that. and I will also add that the molds are sand casted in Denver Iowa, not china. $30 for a senko mold is a good deal. majic man
Well a sand cast mold certainly isnt a replica due to the texture, and the machine mold is stamped do it. regardless if its licensed. But that is great if there cast in Iowa. I sure would be advertising that. I cant find anywere that says made in USA. So one can only assume. DaBehr
Yep...in the metropolis of Denver, Iowa. Look it up on a map... a few show it! If I remember correctly...it has one traffic light....or maybe it was just one stop sign!
Vodkaman
The mold would have had more authenticity if it had been manufactured in China, seeing as the original comes from Japan, certainly closer than Iowa. Demanding that a blatant copy be made in the USA has a humorous irony about it, don't you think. Dave

archery1
It's all in personal preference sand cast molds make a different looking bait( not as shiny and not fine tuned) they make good baits though you get what u pay for aluminum milled molds are very fine detailed I think all mold makers should put MADE IN USA at least on info page!!!! Gr8 idea to put it on mold!!!!!! Most importantly what ever your wallet will allow you to buy They all will catch fish if you make & fish them correctly Edited March 6, 2016 by archery1
camrynekai
You can in most cases by using one of these little guys. It actually works quite well....even does a nice laminate when using it on a shooting star or blending block. http://stores.jacobsbaits.com/injector-adapter/
