The system works great except when I inject the mold the 2 color plastic mixes into one color. I'm using plastic from Do-it molds and the temp of the plastic is around 310 - 320. DaveMc1 Posted March 12, 2016 Report Share Posted March 12, 2016 You're either orienting the injector wrong and need to spin it 90 degrees or there is too much of a temperature difference between the 2 pots. I have a set with one set on 340 and the other one is set at 310 and my temp gauges say it is 300. But they shoot great laminates like that.
