Blending Block Vs Laminate Plate

What is every ones opinion on these  two methods of making laminates. I have made and used a few laminating plates with decent success. Is it worth making a blending block to try, or should I stick with the plate method.

Blending block is alot faster to make laminates. There is alittle learning curve to master but you can make a bunch of laminates quick.The lam. plate works good also but you have to inject same bait 2 times  so time adds up real fast. If your just making a few baits at a time  then i would stick to the lam. plate unless you want to try something different,

Can't go wrong with the blending block when you need numbers.
