Big Ray
Hi guys happy easter. I wanted to get a swimbait mold for Largemouth Bass. I was thinking about this. www.basstackle.com/631_Ring_Swimbait_p/631-1-1.htm I was wondering if ut was a good choice and I wanted to get some of your guys opinions on the molds that work well. mark poulson
Looks good to me. I typically try to pour 5" baits for largemouth. I find that size will catch big fish, too, and works well as a trailer for a chatterbait. I bought five of the Lurecraft silicone two cavity molds, #885, and I can pour ten at a time. Because they are open pour from the top, I can do laminates, too, if I want to. Here's the link" http://www.lurecraft.com/searchprods.asp Edited March 28, 2016 by mark poulson

Painter1
I have had excellent luck with the BassTackle Blunt Nose Ring Swimbait. It works well as a spinnerbait trailer, on an A rig and as a Swimbait on a bullet head jig for suspended LM.

Big Ray
Hey Mark I was wondering what you think about the lurecraft 916 mold. I know you like 5 inch baits but it looks similar. And I was wondering if you added the secret Bass Crack after you pour your swimbaits. Walking Dead
Try the Baitjunkys' Super Swimmer. Simple but yet very effective. His Ledger baits are also great. Here is the Super Swimmer in action: The smaller ledger is in action here: I have the Lurecraft mold, good little bait but not much into hand pouring though. mark poulson
Hey Mark I was wondering what you think about the lurecraft 916 mold. I know you like 5 inch baits but it looks similar. And I was wondering if you added the secret Bass Crack after you pour your swimbaits. I have two of that mold, and it works great. I use it for chatterbait trailers, and for T rigging, too. I pour mostly a clear/white with silver glitter. The tail really swims well on the back of moving baits. I do use your Bass Crack whenever I do open pour molds, unless I add some kosher salt right into the plastic when I add the flake.
Big Ray
Thanks Walkingdead I like the look of the super swimmer. I was wondering who makes the first and last swimbaits in that picture.

Walking Dead
Thanks Walkingdead I like the look of the super swimmer. I was wondering who makes the first and last swimbaits in that picture. First is Basstackle and the last is a hand pour from lurecraft.

B Neagle
I've been looking at their swimbait molds and wondering how well they swim, the 3" model looks really nice Just redid my tackle box threw out ALOT of stuff and replaced them with Enforcers. I most likey have around 12 to 15 swimbait molds honestly I do not know. The 4" enforcer is my favorite. they shoot really easy and swim great at slower speeds. Most likey my next one will be Baitjunkys 3.2 Ledger. Just cause I have never ordered from them and would like to have a little smaller bait option.
