Skimpy
So a few years back I bought a booyah Buzzbait that's had these flexible hooks. I really liked them and would like to try to make them. I have lost the Buzzbait and cant find where to buy them. Has anybody ever made these ? Thanks Edited April 2, 2016 by Skimpy

JLS
I've seen those but have never used one! I'm sure they would make it a little easier to keep a fish on the hook but we all no that the biggest problem with a buzzbait is getting them on the hook. I've been building a jointed buzzbait for a couple of years and the joint allows for easier hookup and helps keep them hooked also. The joint also allows you to drop down to an .035 or .040 wire size for easier tying. Edited April 3, 2016 by JLS
RayburnGuy
They shouldn't be that hard to make Skimpy. As far as the cable coming out of the back of the bait your on your own there as I'm not a blade bait guy, but attaching the hook to the cable could be done with a set of wire crimps that were then soldered together as in the picture you posted. Maybe this will give you some ideas if nothing else. good luck, Ben
ROWINGADUBAY
I think using a couple split rings and shrink wrapping over the top like the musky guys do on our buck tails
